This system covers the full process for producing rotary type biscuits, from dough mixing to the final cooling stage.

Product details:

    • Components : Includes a “Z” dough mixer, dough feeding system with a metal detector, an oven, and a cooling tunnel.
    • Width : Available in 1000 mm and 1200 mm widths, this machine can accommodate various production requirements and adapt to different factory layouts.
    • Oven System : The oven is available with 3, 4, or 5 baking zones, allowing for precise control over the baking process to match your product type and desired output capacity.
    • Cooling System : After baking, biscuits naturally cool down as they travel on dedicated cooling conveyors, ensuring optimal texture and freshness.
    • Molding Process : The soft dough is compressed into molds, with a scraper knife and pneumatic pressure roller used to shape the biscuits. This ensures consistent product quality and smooth transfer to the oven loading conveyor.
    • Post-Cooling Process : Once cooled, the biscuits can be sandwiched with cream, jam, or paired with another biscuit for a finished product ready for packaging.
